Green Tea Mashdana production at our factory in Vietnam involves several key steps to ensure quality and flavor:
Harvesting: Fresh tea leaves are carefully hand-picked from the fields, typically in the early morning when their flavor is most intense.
Withering: The leaves undergo a controlled withering process to reduce moisture content and make them pliable for rolling.
Rolling: This step involves gently rolling the withered leaves to break down their cell walls and initiate oxidation.
Oxidation: The rolled leaves are spread out in a temperature and humidity-controlled environment to allow controlled oxidation, which develops the tea's flavor and color.
Firing: After the desired level of oxidation is achieved, the leaves are quickly fired to halt the oxidation process. This step also helps in drying the leaves.
Sorting and Grading: The dried leaves are sorted based on size and quality. This ensures consistency in the final product.
Packaging: Finally, the sorted tea leaves are packaged in various forms, ready to be distributed for consumption.
Throughout these steps, our factory in Vietnam maintains strict quality controls to preserve the natural goodness and flavor of Green Tea Mashdana, ensuring a delightful tea experience for our consumers.
